The labor movement prides itself in being an organization open to members of all different races, genders, religions, and nationalities. Helmets to Hardhats - connects quality men and women from the Armed Forces with promising building and construction careers.


Women in the Trades - gives hands-on training to help women transition into a well-paid construction career and offers the same training opportunities in a female-only learning environment.


School to Apprenticeships - enables high school seniors to gain direct entry into Federally Registered Apprenticeship programs.


Rural Apprenticeship Outreach- provides rural community members with information on apprenticeship application deadlines, construction training opportunities, and provides educational apprenticeship information.
